Feature explanation
Platform Settings allow administrators to configure tenant-wide parameters, customize white-label branding, set custom domains, and configure system communication gateways.
Where to find it
Select Platform Settings from the bottom left administrator sidebar menu.
Available configurations
- White-Label Branding: Upload organization logos, set accent color tokens, and customize candidate portals.
- Custom Domains: Set up custom domain names (e.g.,
exams.school.edu) via CNAME mapping. - SMTP Gateway: Configure dedicated email servers to send candidate invitations from your custom organization email addresses.
