Feature explanation
Attendance tracking displays who has signed in, completed, or missed the exam. It also records identity verification logs (e.g., face match scores or photo ID approvals) before candidates can start the test.
Where to find it
Inside the specific exam dashboard, open the Attendance & Verification tab.
Configuration steps
- To require identity check: in Proctoring Settings, enable Pre-Exam ID Verification.
- Select verification checks (e.g., photo capture, ID card upload).
- During the exam start window, monitor the Live Attendance Roster to view candidate verification statuses.
- Administrators can manually approve or reject verification requests if needed.
