System requirements & check
The candidate system must have:
- A working webcam and microphone.
- An updated web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
- A stable internet connection (minimum 512 Kbps upload/download).
Common errors & solutions
- Webcam Access Blocked:
- Issue: Candidate cannot pass the verification checks.
- Solution: Click the lock icon in the browser address bar and change webcam permissions to "Allow".
- Network Interruption:
- Issue: Internet disconnects during the test.
- Solution: PeSofts caches responses locally in the browser storage. Candidates can re-establish connection and resume without losing progress.
- MFA Login Issues:
- Issue: Admin cannot sign in.
- Solution: Contact your organization's Super Administrator to reset authentication settings.
