Feature explanation
PeSofts supports role-based access control (RBAC). Define exactly what folders, question banks, and candidate directories examiners can view or modify.
Where to find it
Open Platform Settings and navigate to Users & Roles.
Default system roles
- Super Administrator: Full system access, custom domain settings, billing, and system logs.
- Examiner/Author: Create question banks, write assessments, and review results. Cannot modify portal settings.
- Invigilator/Proctor: Access the live proctoring dashboard to monitor candidates. Cannot modify questions or exam parameters.
- Candidate: Test-takers who can only access scheduled examinations.
