Feature explanation
Instead of manually typing questions, examiners can perform bulk imports using pre-formatted templates. This speeds up exam creation for large question papers.
Where to find it
Inside any Question Bank view, click the Import Questions button.
Configuration steps
- Click Download Template (CSV or Excel formats).
- Populate the template sheet with:
- Question Text
- Option A, B, C, D (for MCQs)
- Correct Option
- Marks
- Difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard)
- Tags
- Save and upload the file.
- Map columns using the mapping wizard and click Import.
