Feature explanation
Publishing takes an exam from a Draft state to a Live active state. This activates candidate invite scheduling and opens access for test-takers at the scheduled start time.
Where to find it
Open the exam draft and click the Publish Exam button in the top right corner.
Configuration steps
- Perform the Pre-Publish Checklist scan to ensure questions, candidate emails, and scheduling inputs are correct.
- Choose Publish Type:
- Instant: Candidates can start the test immediately.
- Scheduled: The test opens at a specific date and time.
- Configure the Notification template for candidate invitations.
- Click Confirm & Publish.
