Feature explanation
Define when an exam is available. You can set strict start times, slot booking structures, and late entry limits (grace periods) for candidates.
Where to find it
Inside the exam creation editor, navigate to the Schedule & Slots panel.
Configuration steps
- Start Date & Time: Set the opening time of the exam.
- End Date & Time: Set the closing time after which no candidate can start.
- Late Entry Grace Period: Set the maximum allowed delay (e.g., candidates can join up to 15 minutes late).
- Slot Booking: Enable this to let students choose their preferred exam slot from predefined options.
